I know that getting started is one of the hardest things to do, but I’m confident that if you put in the work, you can feel stronger by your second week of training. I want you to get started, build momentum and confidence, and keep it up until you’re feeling like a badass. But if you’re not happy after two weeks, my money back guarantee has you covered.

I cannot wait to help you bridge the gap between your lifestyle and your fitness goals.

I’m Sohee Lee, an evidence-based fitness coach and author based in sunny Los Angeles, California. I’m here to help you navigate the vast amount of information out there and zero in on what’s right for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy to approach your training and nutrition; I know that you have your own needs and goals and I want to make fitness work for you, not the other way around.

My background includes struggling with an eating disorder for eight years and working with many online coaches, which helped me see what worked and what didn’t. I believe in moderation and sustainability in a fitness lifestyle, and I’ve tried to model that through my own cross-country moves, bikini shows, powerlifting, and going back to school. We all have to navigate our own set of roadblocks, and that’s part of what makes us human.

A little more about me:

  • Strong First Girya (SFG) Level I Instructor
  • Female-centered fitness coach since 2012, with the addition of in-person training at my studio in San Diego in 2018
  • Author of Eat. Lift. Thrive. published in 2017, which teaches people how to master their mindset, training, and nutrition strategies

I know that getting started is one of the hardest things to do, but I’m confident that if you put in the work, you can feel stronger by your second week of training. • you want to start training but don’t know where to start or what to do
  • you might not have a lot of time or money to invest in a gym membership or personal training sessions right now
  • you’re ready to see and feel the benefits of resistance training
  • you’re committed to be a stronger, healthier version of yourself, but you just need a little guidance
  • you’re looking for quick results
  • you’re always looking for the “best” program
  • you don’t like sticking to the same workouts for longer than a week

If you’ve read this far, you owe it to yourself to honestly answer these questions:

  • How could I benefit from being stronger?
  • What has been holding me back from getting started?
  • What if I could get started with items that I have at home?
  • Would it help if I had a qualified fitness professional put together my program for me?
  • What if I could have that person show me how to perform each exercise correctly?
  • If I started a program and was able to stick to it for 1, 2, or 3 months, how would that impact my life?
  • What’s the best thing that can happen if I start now?
  • What’s the worst thing that can happen if I start now?

Still not convinced that this is for you?
Let me lay down some FAQs for you:

Can I start this program if I’ve never lifted weights before?

Yes! This program would be great for you. Not only will you be working variations of the main compound lifts, but you’ll be familiarizing yourself with these exercises in the comfort and privacy of your own home. You can go at your own pace, and you’ll have demonstration videos for each exercise so that you can learn how to perform each movement correctly.

What makes this program different from other programs?

You’ll be training variations of the main compound movements and implementing evidence-based strategies to see progress. Each workout is programmed around what works, and this means no fancy, over-the-top exercises (like some of the things you’ll see on Instagram nowadays), no unnecessary cardio or jumping around just to break a sweat, and nobody selling you extra equipment or supplements that you don’t need.

What if I can’t work out 3-4 times a week?

That’s okay. You can go at your own pace and work your way up to a higher training frequency over time if needed. If you can’t do 3-4 days a week right away, I recommend starting with at least two days a week at first.

I’m afraid of signing up for this and not having the time or energy required to get results.

I understand that starting a resistance training routine requires making some changes to your schedule and can use up some of your time and energy. You can always start with just 2-3 training days each week and work your way up from there. You might even find that once you get into a routine of resistance training, you have even more energy than you did before!

Can I do this program if I have bad knees (or other injury/injuries)?

Yes - this program is low impact (so no jumping or plyometrics), and it’s very easy to modify each exercise to your needs, abilities, or range of motion.

What if I don’t have any equipment at home?

You’d be surprised by what you can do with the things you already have at home, and if you’re new to resistance training or haven’t trained in a while, you might even be able to start with just your bodyweight or lighter household items for your first 4-6 weeks.

Initially, Sohee's extensive background, training, and certifications in the fitness industry lead me to her. However, after beginning to work with her I was drawn to so much more. Sohee is truly a fitness professional who puts others first. Her thorough training allows her to be creative and modify exercises based on individual needs. Sohee helped me perfect my lifting form and has developed effective custom workout plans that work around my injuries while still helping me progress towards my goals. Her expertise in lifting has really shined when I've read through her programs and have seen the variety in exercises, equipment, and rep ranges that she incorporates. I feel that her passion to help women be comfortable and confident in weight lifting has pushed her to continue to learn herself, keeping her current on the latest fitness research. She's a leading professional in the industry and after working with her, it is clear why!

To put it simply, I think this course is absolutely genius! THIS is what I’ve been waiting for, when family and friends ask me how to start lifting weights. Sohee easily explains every little detail that would make anyone feel confident entering into the weight room. Even if you’re not a beginner, there’s still an abundant number of helpful tips that can help improve your technique and time spent at the gym. I just wish this product was available six years ago, when I first started out. It would’ve saved me a lot of time, money, and stress!

Sohee has helped me get better in so many ways! We have not only focused on getting leaner and stronger, but also developing and maintaining a healthy mindset. I had never had a problem to trust Sohee, to trust her method or the process. I have had progress from day one, and I am still progressing, both physically, psychically and in terms of nutrition. Sometimes I wonder if Sohee knows my body better than I do. I feel like she did something magical, and I will always be grateful for that. I love my body. It is not perfect, and it will never be, but together we have found a way to make me accept all my flaws and be a better version of myself.
