Sohee Lee, an evidence-based fitness coach and author based in sunny Los Angeles, California. I’m here to help you navigate the vast amount of information out there and zero in on what’s right for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all strategy to approach your training and nutrition; I know that you have your own needs and goals and I want to make fitness work for you, not the other way around.
My background includes struggling with an eating disorder for eight years and working with many online coaches, which helped me see what worked and what didn’t. I believe in moderation and sustainability in a fitness lifestyle, and I’ve tried to model that through my own cross-country moves, bikini shows, powerlifting, and going back to school. We all have to navigate our own set of roadblocks, and that’s part of what makes us human.
